Experiences: Was once a owner but server got hacked and op on 5 servers
Why do I want to be staff: Well I want to be staff because once my server was hacked and I want to prevent any hackers destroying other servers I know what hackers do they have forcefield on they try to fly and use noswing but now I can spot it perfectly so I can keep the players happy
Why do I fit for this position; Well I fit for this position because I have a lot of experience as a op and owner and I know how to deal with situations well to prevent any conflict resulting a player leaving the server 
What I should not do as a staff member: I should not abuse my power and not kill people with god swords
