Very nice. Dragon eggs and bedrock are very hard to get without any kind of tomfoolery and so make for a wonderful currency. Very welcoming to new people, and I was able to build a large and completely unclaimed community farm near spawn without it being griefed. Raiding happens a lot but is pretty much always directed at towns whose members are themselves raiders, basically cycles of revenge / rivalries, for example my town hasn't been raided even once simply because I haven't raided anyone.
There have been a few instances of mega-douches coming onto the server but they're always pretty quickly yeeted.
Every now and then useful changes are made to the server, such as combat logging recently becoming something that auto-kills you and just tapping your bed getting rid of phantoms if you don't wanna deal with them.
When I first joined there were only two active nations but a third seems to have joined the roster. Nations have upkeep, but towns don't, and both cost bedrock/dragon eggs to make. Bedrock and dragon eggs can only be gotten as a reward for logging in multiple days in a row or for voting. There are things you can get at spawn using dragon eggs and bedrock but these aren't as good as what you can get with regular mining, crafting, enchanting and potion brewing so I wouldn't recommend bothering with that.
Server owner is quite active as well and has a discord where suggestions can be put forward, too, so while the server isn't perfect it's already quite good as it is and can be expected to improve with time.

Spawn point:
A relatively small spawn but perfect for a smaller sized server such as this one with room to grow. The space has been well optimized for extra content like leaderboards and NPCs which trade items. Gets the job done! My only issue is that the wilderness surrounding spawn is a mess and void of resources, a larger spawn protection might fix this in any future worlds. Also mobs are spawning in the spawn area, so that might need to be fixed.

Economy:
A very strange economy system is in place on this server. Most NPCs trade with bedrock blocks or dragon eggs. However this may act as an effective way to prevent players from oversaturating the market with too much money. There is also villagers that trade hearts obtained via player heads as currency, I'd recommend adding a cooldown on this if not already in place as to not allow players to kill themselves with another account over and over.

Community:
As far as I have seen, all the players online at the time have been very kind and have even invited me into a town. As I do not know much about the Towny Plugin and its commands, they were kind enough to help me figure out a few commands.
As well as being kind, there is a respectable air of competition as there is raiding in this server, it is not too overbearing on its community though.

Final Words:
The owner was kind, answered all my questions, and took interest in my examples of custom item ideas via Discord. I suggested the usage of a scripting tool to enhance the potential of custom items, what he chooses to do with it will be yet to come. Other than that, not much I can still say, and I will probably visit this server from time to time. My review may be revised if I think of something else. Cheers!
