Step 1 - You need to get the Technic Launcher from www.TechnicPack.net 
Step 2 - Install it and open it up, do not press play
Step 3 - On the left side you should see a scroll bar, scroll it down until you see, "Add a Modpack"
Step 4 - Press on the plus button in the middle of the Add a Modpack button
Step 5 - A box should pop up, it should say "Enter Platform URL Here"
Step 6 - Enter the platform URL it is www.technicpack.net/api/modpack/pixelmon-152-only ... Copy and paste that into it.
Step 7 - Launch it, go to multiplayer, add the server, and play!

Sometimes it says it is offline, but the server is always online, it might be restarting or reloading
