Have you noticed how annoying ops are? Whell, we noticed too. We craeted the worlds best survival server because of it. There are only a few (6) ops on the entire server. We are very lax as far as rules, but we do not allow greifing. We have a great team of coders to ensure plugins work well, and the server is always up. we run on 2GB RAM, so lag is a non issue. We are sort of a free build, and we heve a good economy with cheap building supplies and tons of available building space. To add security, the lockette plugin is fully operational. We cannot wait to see you on the server!

NOTE:

PVP is allowed, but not excessively. You can kill someone once or twice, but no repeatedly killing people or keeping their stuff.

NOTE: There are some spout plugins on this server. We recomend you always use the spout client on this server. (although it is not nesecary)

to get spout- go to <get.spout.org> (no www.) and select Spoutcraft. then click on the picture of your OS. it will download spout. run it like your minecraft client. always update it when asked
Additional Notes
An exiting survival server with a few great plugins and a good network of players.

Fishman... I love this server so much, but something happened with my computer and it made me spam whatever i said last
My computer went wacko and spammed &7hi

Somebody then banned me and i was devastated! It wasn't my fault! This ban crushed my spirit because i loved the server. If you can, please unban me! its my computers fault!My username is Quarton and im SOSOSOSOSOSO SORRY!

Hello My Minecraft Name Is SteelerAssasin And Even Though Your Server Is PvP I Was Killed By An Admin Because The Person I Killed Was Complaining And He Was Given All My Stuff. When I Logged Back On A Couple Hours Later All The Items In My Inventory Were Gone.A Couple Minutes After I Had Logged On I Found Someones House With There Door Open.Since The Server Was PvP I Killed Both The People In The House. I Was Going To Give Them There Stuff Back When The Started Screaming That I Griefed Them Even Though I Hadnt Done Anything To Them. Minutes After I Was Banned Even Though There Was No Proof That I Had Griefed Them. Your Admins had Just Decided To Ban An Innocent Person. I Didnt Like The Fact That They Banned Me With No Proof So I Got On Another Account By The Name Of cookie10. When I Got On I Asked To Talk To One Of The Admins. Hardly Any Of Them Payed Attention To Me Wanting To Talk To Them. Finally I Had Went To Your Spawn Because I Was Wandering Around And Saw That Someone Was Using Fire To Burn Buildings At Spawn.They Were Using Regular Fire,Not Flint And Steel. I Tried To Stop The Fire But What I Got In Return Was being Banned On My Other Account Because Your Admins Heard Someone Say My Name And That I Was Griefing. I Hated The Fact That Your Admins Just Decided To Ban Me Off 2 Of My Accounts Just Because They Saw Me Near A Burning Building Or Because I Was PvPing Legit. Im Not Trying To Be Rude But You Have Terrible Admins Who Dont Know What There Doing And Are Too Self Absorbed To Help Other People Or To See If There Guilty Or Not Of Griefing. -SteelerAssasin

Were you holding fire/flint and steel in your hands when you were near the fire at spawn? If not, were there a lot of people around you with fire/flint and steel?

No I Was Not Holding Flint And Steel In My Hand I Had Gotten On My Account cookie10 So I Could Tell One Of You Admins That I Had Not Griefed Those 2 People. I The Unfortunate Luck Of Trying To Be Nice And Stop A Burning Building. Guess I Should Of Let It Burn Cause I Got Banned For It....

I am sorry to hear that you got banned when you did not grief, last night was kind of hectic since there were so many griefers. I will talk to the owner or other OPs and ask them about this.
