Welcome to MCInfinite
MCInfinite is a new PvP server, and it's getting bigger quickly.
Donations done differently
Now, many a PvP server have been little more than just scams to try to part the player with his cash. However, with the current scope of the server, I have no need to force donations, so you can donate if you want to, not because I keep trying to force you to.
The Staff Games
I've seen too many servers where players have tried for staff, succeeded, and then griefed the entire spawn and ruined the server. This barbaric practice will be circumvented with something new: The Staff Games.
Here's how it works. Every time five applicants are accepted from the staff applications list, they're all given the rank 'TrialMod.' The TrialMods spend two weeks in game trying to be the best staff member they can be, and at the end of the two weeks, the players vote on their favorite staff member. I can veto and remove TrialMod status from some, but the main choice of moderator is in the hands of the community. This way, we ensure that the maximum amount of people enjoy the staff team.
