Background Knowledge:

This is a Skyblock server, but has a twist as seen in the title. In addition, we have implemented a bit of both Prison and Survival to continue to create that unique and fun experience. Leveling up happens within one's island. Levs (in-game currency) allows you to rank up once you sell items at the server shop (through farming, mob grinders, etc). Every time you rank up, you get access to more sections of the server store and different worlds. Every player will start as a Newbie and continuously rank up until the very end, Free.

Ranks:

Newbie - 20,000 Levs -> Thinker (Access to End World)

Thinker - 80,000 Levs -> Advancer (Access to Stone World)

Advancer - 100,000 Levs -> Free (Access to unlimited Grass World.)
Goal:

The primary goal of this server is to have a laidback, but fun time. It's 2021 and I remember 2016 as if it was yesterday when I used to love joining my favorite servers because of the community. That is why I have decided to create this server to hopefully build a welcoming community for myself and others. I'm a very social individual and I haven't found a server that feels like I truly want to stay for hours. I hope to allow this server to allow users to have separate islands and with those who they trust to survive and excel!

There is a catch, PvP is allowed!To help with the other experiences, I have incorporated rank-ups which allows players to access different worlds that gives off the survival feel.

Newbie gets access to the Nether world for the fortress, blaze, etcetera.

Thinker gets access to the End world where they can collect ender pearls to sell and also kill ender dragons for XP.

Advancer has access to the Wasteland in terms of everything being completely stone. There are "volcanos" (that are 100% inactive!) and minerals underneath.

Free has access to a world with unlimited supply of everything they could ever dream for except for the fact they have to worry that anyone has access to their own space.

(Three portals leading to different worlds depending on the current rank! Ranking up opens access to more portals.)

There is PvP to make this a more fun and challenging experience. However, in no way would I ever want this to become any more competitive. For fun server events, I am planning to have creative minds contest against each other in regards to prettiest island, most colorful, ugliest, and more that brings in the community!

A bit about myself,

I am a first year college student majoring in Computer Science. I have dedicated hours into this project and have even thought about this project for a few months. However, I never got around the time to do it because I didn't exactly know if I would be committed. Here I am now and I am hoping this succeeds. I want to build a tight community and therefore, this server is whitelisted. I am from the East Coast of USA. My experience in Skyblock is limited to non-competitive because I am a very social person. I also very much like my own space and that is why Skyblock is a fun way!
