Village Warfare is a Minecraft towny-war server using the strategy of flag war. Flag war is simply placing a fence post on an enemy town's plot. Placing the fence post instantly creates a war flag. The war flag would now represent an undergoing war between two towns under a nation. Each town must defend or attack their opponents in spite of losing town valued land and materials.
Despite the name, Village Warfare is not all about aggressive warfare. Towns and nations have abilities to be "neutral," meaning they do not have to participate in wars or battles, ever. If you do not want to take part in the glorious combat and intense warfare of what is Village Warfare, you don't have to. Keep in mind, though, being neutral may open yourself up to being a support town or nation for a war-crazed town or nation.
Village Warfare may be a towny and towny-war server, but we are not limited to only that! We also have a creative world. This means if you want to take a break from towny and wars then enjoy a large plot that you can experiment and create insane and cool buildings, monuments, mechanics and more! This is a great tool if you want to test a design you want to build before actually building it with materials gathered on the towny world!
