WCWP is designed to be as vanilla as possible, the way SMP is designed to be played.

Was banned for having an illegal item when another player just threw it into my inventory and I didn't notice, it is a good server though and I highly recommend it to everyone who enjoys playing vanilla minecraft with other people. 5/5 stars.
