🎣 WolfClan SMP — Update 2.3

Hi @everyone!

Update 2.3 is now live, bringing a brand-new fishing experience to WolfClan!

🐟 Goodbye EMF, Hello WCF!

We've officially replaced Even More Fish (EMF) with our own custom WolfClan Fishing (WCF) system.

Why? EMF limited what we could build, caused compatibility issues with ItemsAdder, and some players also experienced bugs or inconsistencies. By creating our own system, we now have complete control over future updates, bug fixes, and new features.

🎣 New Fishing Features

  🛒 /fish — Open the Fishing Shop.
  
• 
  💰 /fish sell — Sell your fish instantly.
  
• 
  📖 /fish journal — Track your discoveries and browse unlocked fish.
  

Progression

Fishing now has its own progression system.

Unlock better fishing rods using:

• 
  💵 Money
  
• 
  🎖️ Fishing Level
  
• 
  🪙 WolfCoins (selected rods)
  

All fishing rods are now unbreakable, and stronger rods increase your chances of catching higher rarity and Mythical fish.

Baits are also purchased using WolfCoins, finally giving them an important role in the server's economy.

🐠 Discover New Fish

Some familiar fish have returned, while many new species have been added.

Every fish starts as undiscovered and only becomes visible in /fish journal once someone catches it for the first time.

Each fish also records:

  🥇 First player to catch it.
  
• 
  📏 Biggest fish ever caught.
  

A new Fishing Leaderboard has also been added at Spawn.

📜 Daily Quests

The Daily Quest system has been rebuilt with 10,000+ possible quest combinations.

Complete your quests to earn up to 860 WolfCoins every week.

⚠️ EMF Fishing Rod Refunds

Fishing rods from EMF are no longer compatible with the new system.

If you owned one, we're offering a full refund.
