Xenopolis is currently trying to create a massive multiplayer city-like map. We are aiming to make the best in-game experience for any minecrafter (excluding Griefers!) This map is based on hard work and rising up in city status, this is a survival/roleplaying map. We are currently in the last stages of finalizing this map, and we want player input on the map. Everyone is welcome to join, walk around, and mail ideas to admins and guildmasters. Players who get involved in the final steps of publishing will receive a bonus when the map goes live. We would also appriciate and award those who help give our map publicity such as youtube or inviting people to look around the server. Note: The Xenopolis Crew is working on the last steps of making this map functional to the public so no building is allowed yet.

Additional Notes
Server in the making. We want people to walk around and help input ideas in developing this server. Players can only walk around and chat for now. Once this server goes live, loyal members will earn a reward for sticking with the map through development. This is not currently a 24/7 server, but once we officially launch this server for gameplay, we will most likely become a 24/7 server so nobody is excluded due to time differences.

We are waiting for Minecraft to be officially released to minimize problems with modding and to give players the best quality server that we can provide. The server may be up at random times between now and November (Minecraft's release date will be around 11/11/11). We are sorry we cannot host it now, but we rather not waste money on a server that could potentially be down due to updates. Also with the new updates providing better material into Minecraft, the server we are trying to host will be best once all the new features are implemented into the game.

After a long wait for various plugins to update for Bukkit, we now have the essential plugins for running a safe, protected, and fun server. We hope to be back up within a week. In the meantime the server will be on during certain periods of the day for BetaTesters. Hope to see you on.

Sorry for all of you who have tried to join the server. In the earlier hours of publishment, we found a technical glitch with our guests and permissions. This server will be up soon for all to see. Please come back in a few hours and we will gladly show people around and make up for lost time.

Right now we are currently just finishing up some last minute details for map functionality and best overall gameplay experience for all you minecrafters (which is why we are considering ourselves still in beta). We will be officially launching this server in about a week or two but would love to see you on and get some feedback on our map and possibly future ideas.
