Yet Another Prison Server

About:
Yet Another Prison Server, or YAPS for short, is a classic server with some nice extra features. We take our shit serious and try to be as professional as possible.
Please read the whole thread before joining, so you will know what YAPS is all about.

Server Rules:
These rules are reasons for kick/ban.

- No racism or harrassement.
- No fights in public chat. If you have an issue with another player, please use /tell to explain why you are better than him.
- No hacking, x-raying, glitching, etc. We have plenty of plugins to detect malicious players and our staff has a keen eye, so if you choose to break this rule, you can expect to be banned pretty much instantly.
- No advertising, no spamming.
- Respect both the staff and your fellow players. We are all friends here.
- Don't ask for guard/staff rank. When we need new staff, WE will contact YOU.

Prison Rules:
None of these are banable, but they can earn you a teleport to solitary confinement (the jail).

- Lighters, nether items and weaponry are forbidden. If you are caught by a guard with one of these items in your hand, you have 5 seconds to drop them. Otherwise you will be killed and jailed.
- No PvPing. When you are caught pvping by a guard, you will be killed/jailed. When a guard didn't see it, he can't punish. Don't complain
- Don't spam the free items to clog up peoples inventories.
- More might be added.

Ranks:
YAPS has 4 prison ranks:
- Goon: this is the default rank. Access to the treefarm, goon mine and melon farm.
- Convict: Access to the convict mine and the chickenpen.
- Gangster: Access to the gangster mine and the cowpen.
- Don: access to the don mine and the vip area. You can now do /spawn instead of /suicide. Acces to /kit tools.

VIP:
We also have a VIP rank. You can get this rank like this:
If you really like our server, you might consider donating. If you donate more than $5, you get VIP for a whole month. After that month you are automatically Don. The next time you donate $5 again, you are VIP for a month again.
VIP's get:

- All perks a Don gets.

- Free travel in and out of prison (you can build outside).

- /kit diamond for diamond tools and armor.

- Acces to certain warps.

- A free plot for each time you get VIP.

- Acces to the VIP area.

- You get a VIP prefix, in the color you choose.

- You are respected by staff and players.

- You still follow the rules, but since you are VIP they MIGHT look the other side for a moment when you try to stab your archenemy.

Plots:
In the (extremely near) future, you will be able to buy plots. Here you can build a house for yourself to live an almost-livable life inside prison. VIP's can already get these, but others will have to wait for our plugin to get updated.

Staff
If you want to become staff/guard, do NOT ask for it. WE will pick someon IF we need someone, and asking for it will probably make it so you won't be considered...
