SERVER UP AGAIN AGAIN :)

[size=1em]Finally, I decided to put the server back up at roughly 9:10 PM on Tuesday, September 4th. The reason it was down can be blamed for 22 things:

22. if you are still reading this list you have no life.

Anyway, the server will slowly be back up and up to date soon. (Possibly Public.) Also, I may give the server a new name. Please contact me if you have any ideas.[/size]

SERVER UP AGAIN

[size=1em]The server is up again. Sorry that it's been down for awhile but I had many conflicts. Note: IP has not changed.[/size]

SPEED FIXES

[size=1em]I have found numerous ways to speed up the server. One is that I got a new NET Framework for CMD. I also got a lighter version of CMD. I messed around with priorities and made the server the #1 priority. These fixes will definitely show in the server's performance.[/size]

1.3.1 UNSTABLE

[size=1em]I managed to get my hands on an unstable version of bukkit. EvilSeph has not announced it for it is not finished. You guys can continue playing but keep in mind that if I notice any bugs I will revert our progress back to 8/2/2012. Thank you for your patience.[/size]

THE 1.3.1 UPDATE

[size=1em]Trying to get the server to 1.3.1. Many of you have asked, when will it be up? Well, the server is currently outdated and I have lots to do. Bukkit 1.3 is not out yet and the forge version I tried didn't work. The Bukkit team is hard at work currently but is overloaded by the massive update. Here is some more backup from EvilSeph:

"Due to the size of the impending 1.3 update, we are unable to guarantee that we'll have a compatible CraftBukkit Recommended Build out in time for the release of Minecraft 1.3. Although we started working on the update immediately after the Minecraft 1.3 preview was made available to the public, a lot of things were added, removed and changed in Minecraft from 1.2.5 and, as such, this update requires more work than usual to get things up and running. That being said, we'll continue to do our best to get an update out within a reasonable amount of time and will likely follow our usual policy of promoting the first Recommended Build the moment we get something that compiles and runs without any testing done whatsoever.

As we have done a significant amount of important work on CraftBukkit 1.2.5 builds since our last RB, we'll be promoting a new Recommended Build shortly. This is done so that people have a reliable, stable build to use until we can get a 1.3 compatible build out and so that everyone who relies on Recommended Builds are able to take advantage of all the fixes, improvements and so on we've done since the last 1.2.5 RB."

The massive update has rendered coders defenseless. While we wait for the CraftBukkit update, I must say: Tripwires are going to be a problem. [/size]
