LOOKING FOR STAFF/HELP! ZataCraft

I need help with my server. A new spawn would be nice, and help with plugins, too.

I want to be able to update to Spigot 1.8.3, but if I can get a stable 1.7.10 server running, (Which it is) That would be great too.
