So, me and a friend at school are working on a comic!
It's our own pokemon region.
I just decided to make this skin.
Here's a little backstory for Team Blizzard:
The Team Leader, Koori, used to love winter as a small child.
She wished it could be all year round.
Her parents told her she couldn't have winter all year round.
Now, as an adult, she is using the energy of all ice types to make a machine to make it Winter all year.
That's why she made the team.
So yeah that's the backstory we made for the team.
So this is my design for the male grunt!
This'll probably take a long time but screw it.

i think it should be : Her parents told her winter came only once a year : or something like that

i dont think thats why she made the team part fits in well
