Looks really good! This is a level few can achieve so early on in skinning. If I may make a couple suggestions (though I'm no skinner so you can take them or leave them):

I would avoid using too much noise (like on the socks) because it tends to make the skin look cluttered. Instead, maybe try using those shades of gray to model them more and illustrate where shadows might fall. Additionally, I see the browns in the hair as being green-tinted (at the top) and red-tinted (along the sides), and the mixing of the two doesn't really seem to work. Maybe just stick with one side of the color spectrum, or blend them more gradually.

Thank you so much for the suggestions! I'm still learning how to get the right colours and shading is still a problem for me too o.o I agree with you, with not using the noise thingy anymore, it was just something I wanted to try out c:
