Overdue shoutout time!!!

This is for Sy1veon on skindex, my fellow Splatoon player!

Sylveon doesn't have a persona that I know about, so I gathered my clues of what their character looks like and made a skin!
Pretty sure Sylv uses an octoling, cuz Agent 8's in their pfp
and sylv mentioned one time that their character used Annaki Yellow Cuff some of the time, so I used that!!

Idk if this looks like your octoling at all, Sy1veon, but i tried XD <3
