It is- In fact, made with the intent of being a male- but it's made in a way so that it's not hard to convert it to another gender!

Still considering to make one for the other gender aswell- But it wouldn't be a lot of change on the skin tbh

Well- There isn't any shirt.. So I would guess you meant skirt.. There isn't any skirt either though- Since this is a merman- A male equivalent to a mermaid- Unsually depicted with fish tales as legs.

So this was basically my take on it! <3
