another one!! completely originaland it took me several hours to do

i was gonna wait until tomorrow to post this but i have like, 6-7 other skins i need to post and i dont feel like spacing these velnari skins out
uuhhm was kinda hard to make? not really? at first the design didnt make much sense, still doesnt seem to but it is easier to follow. kinda irritated w how childish he looks? like. he just looks like a kid and it bugsme severely.
