I haven't been extremely impressed with Disney's
execution with the live action revamps, but I grew up watching
the 1989 Little Mermaid movie and have made atleast three
Ariel skins so figured I might as well add Halle into the collection.
I have definitely stared at this skin for far too long. There
are a few things I'd like to come back to and revise in the
future, but everything is kind of blending together currently
and I would have a hard time focusing on this any further LOL
If you guys have any constructive criticism, please feel welcome
to let me know your thoughts in the comments or PM me! (:
It's pretty wild how quickly five months can go by,
it feels good to be posting again. I can't promise that
I'll be able to keep up with regular posts, but I will
certainly try my best! ♥
ALSO, this light-source was surprisingly such a
soothing process? I haven't really experimented
much with any drastic light-sources, so I think this more simpler
one was a good starter before I get into the harsher/more
heavily-directed ones. The fins were hard to figure out with
the cool-toned shadows, they are supposed to be iridescent
but I don't know if that effect was pulled off very well.
