I don't actually have an amazing argument to put forward here, I just prefer them :) I do think that linux and many other systems are faster but mac tops all for ease of use + aesthetics.

yeah, they're good for "fashion" and they are really simple/easy, indeed, but then you really can't do anything that special with them

Very true. Although I do have a basic Toshiba that also isn't very fast but can do many things that my mac can't. I still very much prefer mac though :P Probably for no particular reason at all.
