This is a really great skin, the shading works nicely, the hat layer is executed well but...

Why are the shoulder, pointy? It looks like he's wearing a suit.

The problem is the arms.
The right arm should not be using the hat layer. It adds bulk which feels inconsistent, especially because it's near identical in shape to the layer on the left arm.
The left arm has too much of a sleeve. The toga should sit on top of the shoulder, but not go down on to the side of the arm to form a sleeve.

I think the arms look just fine, it adds depth, and makes it look more masculant. Keep it the way it is.
