I would like to inform you about a Chinese website called Yxzoo.com
This website has been reposting other skins from PMC, games, and such.
I'd like to say that it would be nice if this ^ was a joke, but I promise it's not. It's a horrible thing that someone or some people do. I hate when other people don't care to ask before they repost skins and other content.
But enough with me talking about that part, here's something that's more serious. They've reposted this skin to the website. They did give you credit for making the skin in English, but they probably did not ask you if it was okay to repost this beautiful skin.
