This is Peeko (a.k.a. a Slakoth with angel wings and a halo) from TyranitarTube's Pokémon Extreme Randomizer Nuzlocke. Peeko is one of the hidden tyrants of Hoenn that helped Rayquaza create Mega Evolution. TTube is the chosen one to help Peeko save Hoenn from Shadow Ho-oh and the corruption, despite him not believing in the Peeko. The champion of Hoenn, Steven, along with some other people have told TTube throughout his journey, "Believe in the Peeko." TTube never believed them, but in the end, Peeko helped TyranitarTube get to Shadow Ho-oh and defeated the corruption.
