The skin I request is called "Victory Armor" from Casltvania Harmony of Dissonance. 
Here is a picture with animations to show you front, side, and back of the sprite.

sorry but that is a bit (way) to hard for me right now im still learning how to shade but once i know how to shade metalic objects ill give it a try. Sorry for any inconveniance

The Orange, Green, and red colors don't have to be shaded. What you could do first is use 3 primary colors and outline specific parts. After that you can shade them later on!

Oh! I might be able to asist you with that. You use paint.net correct?
Well I found a plugin that can help with shading for paint.net.

The plugin gives you more options such as Color filter, and more blurs to shade with. I prefer Ripple, Splitter, and True Blur for shadeing.
