Re-made a skin I found on the Skindex.

NOTE : I re-made this skin from scratch, I didn't just re-shade it. In fact, The only two "unique" features the skins have in common are the shirt ( Still edited that to my own liking :P ) and the original hair color ( The first color in the palette, the rest of the colors I got on my own. So.
I'm hoping this follows PMC's skin rules.
