Level 8 : Apprentice Farmer

This is my first skin, I have ever made. It's supposed to be the 10th Version of the Doctor, from the very famous Doctor Who tv series on BBC, BBC America. As this is my first skin, I am open to critiques and great reviews. Please don't post 'It sucks' or 'Great!' comments. Try to be well thought out with them!

I agree with Seth, definitely find a nice program. But yeah, I like it. Mainly because I like Doctor Who, but I like it. Sorry I mean love to death not like. Dang typo's :P

For a first skin, it's not bad. However, if you can, I would highly recommend using McSkin3D. It's much better than any online editor you may find. Also, if you can, I would suggest looking into adding shading to your skins. It will help them look a lot better, if done correctly! Good luck with your future skins, man! You'll only get better!

I hope this isn't taken down cause I used a skin creator. But thank you! I practice on skins everyday. I wish I could figure out MCSkin3D

yeah idk about MCSkin3D... i srsly have problems with it... first of all i can activate the body parts, and once i do (rarely) when i try to draw on it it looks weird. i used MinersNeedCoolShoes and it was much easier to use :/

McSkin3D can look a bit confusing at first, but once you sit down and play around with it some, it's really easy and fun to use. One thing that will help, is whenever you're wanting to move the model around to look at what you're doing, make sure you right click on it if you're using a tool other than the camera tool.

I like using the "hybrid" view, so I can edit the texture directly, and have a look at the model as well.

I use minersneedcoolshoes alot. but it's difficult to brighten/darken a single color.
