The skin is a 2 in 1 when armor is on it is a scuba man armor off is a evolved person with gills and enhanced swimming.
Lore:
Scuba man: Scuba man is a under sea diver who was forgotten and thought to be dead but since the people who sent him on the mission gave him an carbon dioxide recycler which recycles carbon dioxide into O2 so he has infinite oxygen.
Amphibiman: The Evolved man is The Scuba guy after being underwater for so long he adapted gills and no longer needs his suit becoming an amphibian.
