APPREHENSIVE:
Apprehensive means that you are feeling anxious or fearful that something bad or unpleasant will happen.
STORY:
A few years ago, there was a young girl named Emily who went to university. She didn’t have enough money to live in the campus accomodation, so she had to rent an apartment on her own in the city.
After she had been living there alone for a while, she began to notice some strange things happening. Often, when she came back from college, the curtains in her bedroom would be drawn, when she distinctly remembered having left them open when she left that morning. At other times, some of her belongings seemed to have been moved and other posessions were nowhere to be found.
She started to worry that something bad was going to happen. That night, Emily borrowed her friends video camera and brought it home. The very next morning, she hid it discreetly under some folders on his desk. Before she went to college, she pressed the record button and left the running.
During the day, while she sat taking notes in lectures, the young girl forgot all about the video camera. It was not until she arrived home and went into her bedroom that she remembered her plan.
Taking the video camera out of its hiding place, she pressed the stop button.
She pressed play and watched the recording on the video camera’s tiny screen. She saw herself leaving for university in the morning and closing the bedroom door. Then, there was nothing. She pressed fast forward and scanned through the video. The room was empty.
Suddenly, the door opens, a woman walks out. She is just standing there… Closing the door… Walking around… She can’t see her face but she has long, black, stringy hair… Tattered dress… She’s carrying a knife… A big kitchen knife… She’s going through my trash… Now, she’s picking up my clothes and sniffing them. Now she’s going over to the closet… She just got into the closet.
She scanned through the video for a while, but the room was empty. Emily pressed play again. The door’s opening again. But tt’s just her coming home from college. She watched herself on the screen, shutting off the camera. Emily thought of going to the police but she had to go to eat dinner. A chill ran down Emily’s spine. She thought about the woman in the closet, she never got out didn't she? Behind her, she heard the closet door creak open. Later that evening, the police found the body of the 18-year old college student lying in a pool of blood. She had been stabbed 21 times. The video camera was clutched in her cold, dead hands. When the police examined the camera, they discovered that the memory card was missing.
No trace of the woman was ever found.
Right now, she could be hiding in your closet.
NOTE: Sorry about the story and sorry if it scared u xD I just had a good idea and it kinda fitted into the theme. Basicly the point of the story was that she was feeling apprehensive about the weird things going on in her room :P
