Sunburned Guy

A sunburned guy with sunglasses and a ha

I made this by colouring the whole skin with a skin colour, gave it noise, then motion blurred it (vertically), then i created a new layer and turned the opacity down and painted a red colour over the whole skin. I then painted a white t-shirt, a black pair of sunglasses and a red pair of shorts, after i coloured the top 3 pixels of the head with a brown colour and finally on the hat section of the skin i made a lighter brown and put a rim all the way around a couple of pixels down from the top and drew down by one pixel twice on each face and a cream colour below to represent the corks on a typical Australian sun hat.
