It is not not that similar, this skin is remarkable, the Java edition is not equal to that.

That is because Java edition does not support high-resolution skins like this one. Skins like this are only able to be worn on Bedrock edition, so I'm afraid there's nothing I can do unless the developers add it to Java. I think the only way you can wear higher-resolution skins on Java is with mods.
