Technique - 9/10. That definitely looks like an Absol to me! Though, I can't really make out the neck-fluff it has, it's only a nitpick because you did a spectacular job making Absol look like the real thing!
Quality - 7/10. Pretty simplistic shading, but it still has it's own charm. Keep up the good work!
