well i use this thing called SKINCRAFT type it in on google and click new skin and make a skin BUT BE SURE WHEN YOUR DONE when it asks you to name your skin put .png at the end of it

you should probably use MCSkin Edit, i hav used it 4 my skins and it is pretty easy to use. no offence, but i think this skin is crap.
