Couldn't find any skin of him around, so I decided to attempt my own.
Colors are a mix of the colored manga and his All Star Battle appearances.
I wanted to get the "AC" / "DC" symbols on his arm but unfortunately it wasn't feasible with Minecraft's 16x skins, sorry. :,|
