Edit:  For those who don't know, Alizée is a popular French pop-star.  She's got some catchy songs, so if you're into foreign language pop-music go look her up.  The outfit in this skin is from her live performances of "J'en A Marre" - and for those of you who play World of Warcraft, you should already be quite familiar with her dance moves (starting around the 3 minute mark there).
