This is somewhat a joke.
This is not an OC or a reference to any Undertale AU.

Sometimes I mess with the "HSL Shift Mode" option on the PMC skin maker before scrapping an old, finished skin, that's already been posted. This is of course just for fun. This skin was originally the "Chara (Jumpscare)" skin, but after a bit of messing around, I thought I could make it into something that someone would like, so I made some modifications, and this was the end result.

Even though the modifications that I made were very few, like slight changes to the face, the length of the pants, and the adding of accessories, due to the color shifts and desaturation, there isn't any distinguishable traits to know that the skin is "Chara". Thus, one could simply view this skin as a scene / alternative person.
