Bryroz, Rainbowsheep, and I decided to have a skin battle. Over my obsession of Skyrim and the ruins of the Ancient Dwarves, I gave them the idea of making a Dwarf. Thus, the Dwemer of Minecraft were created.

I like it, but I remember seeing that dwarves have a lighter complexion.

Aren't the Dwemer/Dwarves of Tamriel not literally Dwarves, but an ancient race of elves?

They are different types of elves called the Deep elves. A word for this in elvish is Dwemer, aka Dwarves.

Yes, they were called dwarves first when they moved into Tamriel, the original inhabitants being giants saw them to be tiny and titled them dwarves, although they are actually the same size as an average dark elf. I've always been a fan of the Dwemer since I played Morrowind, i'd explore the ruins, look at the treasure and see how far they had exceeded the other races. I'd even find the books they owned, go onto the wikipedia and translate every dwarven 'letter' that was written in them just to see what they said.

I will have to see about it. The armor looks rather ugly imo D: and the other picture is a bit dull, but i'll have to see.
