Andrew Ran is the man behind the construction of Rapture, a glorious underwater city free from government control. Anything and everything is permitted, so long as you are given Ryan's permission. The main antagonist of the first Bioshock game, Ryan is a complicated character that you will either love or hate; either way, the death you deal him is brutal.
