Android 18 was originally a human but Dr.Gero modified her. She is the second nartificial human designed by Dr. Gero to be created by fitting a human with cybernetics in the anime dragon ball z

Nice, but there are some black parts at the bottom of the head and the mouth looks strange :D

I also made an android 18 skin, but my version is pretty crappy

hey, thanks for pointing that out :) and about the mouth,if u see in the anime she has a slight smile and i tried to do that but its hard to do with only an 8x8 area... but she is 1 that i need to fix a few things on :3
