This is Wakko Warner from Animaniacs, the middle Warner sibling. He's my favorite. x3
This skin (And all of my other non-human skins) are designed for MorePlayerModels by Noppes, so if you don't have that mod, you won't be able to get the skin to look right.
My Toon skins come with a tail and ears, as well as eyes that blink, which you have to set up with MPM.
If you don't have MPM, these parts of the skin won't show up.
That's why the skin doesn't have eyes, by the way, it's because MorePlayerModels will give it better eyes than what I could draw at this resolution.
This is based off of Wakko's sprite from the SNES Animaniacs game.
