This Is one Of the Legendary species the Penguinus Humanus <--- (look at me so witty) This is My Mythological entry they are the species of penguin that are most evolved.
They have invented Jet packs Which have nicknamed their Species the Flying Penguins.Their "Hair" is actually feathers that come in all shapes and sizes and they have specially trained feather-stylists to pick them. This particular one wears a scarf but a lot wear goggles to combat the air speed (air speed wind speed?)
By the way this skin/Character Is named after the Elvish sword wielded by Gandalf, and if you please the tower from Halo "The Flood"
