how did you do that with the eyes? ive only seen stuff like that in animations.

Note that the hat mask doesn't include the eyes itself. I put the eyes on the actual head and not the hat, so the face moves but the eyes seem to stay put on the head, causing a little illusion. It's hard to explain, but take off the hat layer in the 3d previewer to see yourself.
