If you want to hear my honest feedback, I'd consider deepening the shadows on the clothes a bit. The hair looks lovely, but the sleeves of the shirt seem to blend into the bodice. Try making more of a distiction. Otherwise, good skin :)
Don't worry, it just takes practice like anything else.
