He's another plainly-drawn teenskin with beach printing. The idea is good, but the execution is just jarring... If you can save yourself from thousands of mediocre skins all over PMC, make it so, by reading and practicing decent shading tutorials. Also, you got the hat-bottom part wrong for the hoodie, invert it.
