Blaster isn’t just another example of a Program living a life of crime, he’s... different. When you mention the name “Blaster” to someone; some may recall the time he reduced an entire mall to rubble with his arm cannon, some may recall the time he got his hands on a crap load of C4 and blew up an entire dam, and some might even recall the time he tried to destroy the Left Tower of Exceedrius (tried.
