This is Alora, She was raised by both her mother and father, But slowly lost her eyesight to where everything she sees is just color blobs, So she needs a few friends to help her see again in her journey of life.

But as the years passed her vision started getting weaker till she couldn't make anything out. But she still lived with her family, Thankfully her father was an inventor so whenever she would be out by herself, A bell would ring if her father/mother would turn it on, Basically using her sense of hearing to lead her home, Now she has gotten too far from home and she needs help getting back.
