as a boy, Jimmy Macintosh was severely mauled by a dog which left him being extremely traumatized and led to his killing rampage. he killed 23 children in an orphanage and 17 police. he was then killed by a police attack dog in the swamps outside the orphanage. this swamp was said to be haunted and it made the dead body of jimmy a ghost that haunts the dark streets looking for children.
