Bang. Thump. Thump. Thump.
Everything seemed to flicker on for him. His eyes became alight, a searching glance, his whole body humming. His visage was perplexed. Or at least what would be considered a visage.
He realized he was in a room. Bright lights hung over him, and strong walls surrounded him. Memories trickled around his head, but he couldn't grasp them, as though they weren't his, and didn't deserve to be his. Thoughts came into his robotic head next. They caused him to think that he was a treasure in a treasure chest, or a gift in a package, waiting under a Christmas tree. A gift of himself, given to anyone but himself.
Lastly, the icing on the cake, his emotions and movement poured into his body. He could have moved about, but felt no urge to. He was empty. The spinning top that had always spun when he was alive had stopped spinning. He didn't feel human.
When he did look down, to see his body was metallic and dotted with buttons and nuts and bolts, he didn't care. Instead, he rose to his feet. He smashed his fist into the wall with aching fury. The wall flowed to the ground like water. He staggered out, into a blocky world.
Anyways, this is my first attempt to design a skin that isn't a female human. Leave a diamond if you liked Bolts or his story. :)
