So This is my 2nd Skin, it is Gladstone from Borderlands The Pre-Sequel, He is a Hyperion Scientist from the R&D Centre on Helios, he helps Jack and the Vault Hunters build an Army of Robots. Not aware, Jack and The Vault Hunters find out he has been working on an Off The Books Project, which is later or named, the Constructer.
