Powers: Silence an area in a 10 yard radius, Speed Running, Built in Radar, Unaffected in water, Camoflage changer, Tank a ton of sniper shots, Autoaim, ect.

Backstory: B.O.T.S. is Biorobatic Operation Tommy Soldier who was once just a regular guy. He was in Afganistan when he was shot in the eye. Medics, engineers, and scientist replaced that eye with a robotic one, in which he gained radar in his eye and other powers. He was named B.O.T.S. after that. He goes on unknown operations where he would take out many hostiles in one sweep. He gained other names that make him look like a villian but for a good purpose. He had always rescued the civilians and all his missions were successful. He dissapeared after 10 years in the force. People report that criminals have been found dead and victims say they saw someone in the shadows to help them. B.O.T.S. have still not been found but is wanted.
