I wanted to do a fan skin for Incandescence

Because I have loved her skins like the first year I started on this site. and now that she is somewhat posting again. I'm loving them even more. Plus I rarely make fan skins... (I should do that more often) Anyway this is one of her newer... (older) skins. she named it an old persona/oc Bunadette. Which I thought was really cute. But go sub to her! <3
